My uses of it and opinion:

The grip is great, and comfortable. I loved that part about it the most I think. In terms of usage, it’s used like your standard pump basically. Get hard, poke it in, pump away and voila, you’re bigger and harder! It works, this is the truth about it. My unit got about 1.5″ longer, and about 2″ thicker after about 25 minutes of use.
